Press Kits MUST include a Photo, Bio and CD or Video.   Face Painters, Clowns, Magicians, Mimes, Photographers and other Specialty Acts, please include a photo of yourself and photos of  your work.

Once we review your Press Kit you will be notified that you that you have been added to our Roster. 

 On the Top Shelf Entertainment  Talent Agency Lic # TA 852 and Fox Events has all Agency Fees listed below.  Please read carefully, print and sign the form to be mailed with your Press Kit and Information. 

Artist hereby agrees that they shall honor future contracts and bookings by working solely with On the Top Shelf Entertainment and Fox Events and will not book directly with venues where On the Top Shelf has booked your band previously.  On the Top Shelf Entertainment charges a minimum Agency Fee of $50.00 on all bookings of $325.00 or less and 15% Flat Agency Fee on all bookings of $350.00 or greater. There are times when the agency must charge 20% due to larger amounts of paper work, travel and negotiations and will be explained in detail in the contract.  On the Top Shelf Entertainment charges an Agency Fee of 10% on tours or multiple dates booked in the same week.

On the Top Shelf Entertainment will Post your Band on the Website Roster for FREE. This includes a photo, 4 songs and music style for our Clients to View for consideration.  It can also include a myspace or utube Link.  Your Press Kit will also be mailed to venues that may book your entertainment or to Clients that specifically request your band.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY ACCEPT ARTISTS AND ACTS THAT WE BELIEVE ARE MARKETABLE TO CLIENTS AND VENUES THAT WE WORK WITH AND ARE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER, RELIABLE AND WHAT WE CONSIDER TO BE TOP SHELF MUSICIANS.   THERE IS NO FEE TO  JOIN OUR AGENCY OR  BE LISTED ON OUR ROSTER ONLY IF YOU ARE BOOKED BY THE AGENCY.   ON THE TOP SHELF ENTERTAINMENT  HAS NO EXCLUSIVES.
